Mystery School Fall 2027 Enrollment

  • TUITION

    Tuition includes attendance for two, 9-day residencies, 5-1/2 months of weekly practices between sessions supported by an extensive resource library of teachings and recordings, and personal mentoring. Additional tuition assistance may be available at times. Please ask if this is your personal need. Tuition does not include room and board costs.

  • ROOM AND BOARD

  • Final payment of tuition and room and board for Part 1 is due prior to the program start date, unless other arrangements have been made. Payment plans are available for tuition. To reserve your place, please submit this completed form with your $750 deposit.


  • When you click on "submit" below, you'll be taken to the page where you actually make your deposit as indicated above. Your Enrollment Form together with your deposit payment secure your place in the Mystery School.

  • Please type your full name in the box above. This will act as your signature.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Nine Gates Programs, Inc. will not accept an application unless these Terms and Conditions have been accepted as part of your online Enrollment Form and submitted with Program Deposit.

Cancellation and Refund of Tuition: 

The Program Tuition Fee represents the total tuition cost for the entire program and does not include room & board. Tuition is considered due and payable in full two months prior to the start of The Program, [unless otherwise approved and outlined with a payment plan schedule].

  •  90-Day Advance Cancellation Deadline:  For cancellations made up to 90 days before the start of The Program, all tuition funds are considered refundable or transferable to another Nine Gates Program. 
  • After the 90-Day Cancellation Deadline AND before the 30-Day Cancellation Deadline: $250 of program deposit will be retained [89 to 31 days prior to the start date of The Program]. The remainder of tuition funds on account will be considered refundable OR transferrable to a future qualifying program. [See IMPORTANT Room & Board cancellation details below].
  • After the 30-Day Cancellation Deadline: 

– If attendance is cancelled, the entire program deposit will be retained. Any additional tuition funds on account may be refunded.

– If enrollment is transferred to a future program, $125 of program deposit is retained and additional tuition funds on account are transferred to a future qualifying program. [See IMPORTANT Room & Board cancellation details below.]

  • Transfer Fee Exception: Mystery School participants who have already attended Part 1 and must transfer to a later Part 2 will incur no transfer fee.
  • No refunds of Tuition will be made after the start date of The Program.

Cancellation and Refund of Room and Board: 

Room and Board is separate from Tuition, and is due and payable no later than the 15th of the month prior to the start of the residential portion of The Program.

IMPORTANT: Room and Board contracts for each residential portion of a program are bound by a signed contract between Nine Gates Programs, Inc. and the specific retreat facility. 

– 45-Day Advance Cancellation Deadline: All Room & Board funds are refundable or transferrable on cancellations made prior to 45 days before the start of The Residential Portion of The Program.

– After 45-Day Cancellation Deadline: Cancellations are not honored by the retreat facility and therefore Nine Gates is committed to pay for contracted room and board.  Therefore, cancellations or transfers to a different school session made within 45 days of the residential portion of The Program will result in students being liable for their entire room and board fees [regardless of attendance].  

Responsibilities: 

  • All cancellations must be made in writing to Nine Gates Programs.
  • Nine Gates Programs reserves the right to cancel any Program, in which case a full refund will constitute full settlement to the participant of monies paid.
  • Nine Gates Programs, Inc. is not responsible for any costs incurred by program participants [i.e., “non-refundable” airline ticket purchases, hotel reservations, travel expenses, etc.], or for any losses/expenses due to weather, strike, war, quarantine, or any other causes. All such losses or expenses are to be borne by participant.
  • Nine Gates Programs’ events are hosted at independently owned retreat facilities.  Thus, Nine Gates assumes no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident for any reason whatsoever, through the acts or default of retreat facilities. 
  • Nine Gates Programs employs independent contractors as teachers and facilitators of experiences and assumes no liability for any injury, damage, loss, or accident incurred by the acts or default of independent contractors.
