  • TUITION

    Tuition includes attendance for two, 9-day residencies, 5-1/2 months of weekly practices between sessions supported by an extensive resource library of teachings and recordings, and personal mentoring. Additional tuition assistance may be available at times. Please ask if this is your personal need. Tuition does not include room and board costs.

  • Final payment of tuition and room and board for Part 1 is due prior to the program start date, unless other arrangements have been made. Payment plans are available for tuition. To reserve your place, please submit this completed form with your $750 deposit.


  • When you click on "submit" below, you'll be taken to the page where you actually make your deposit as indicated above. Your Enrollment Form together with your deposit payment secure your place in the Mystery School.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Nine Gates Programs, Inc. will not accept an application unless these Terms and Conditions have been accepted in Enrollment Form above.

Cancellation and Refund of Tuition: Mystery School is a year-long experience which includes two on-site sessions [Part 1 and Part 2]. The tuition for the entire school is a single unit cost and is considered due and payable by the start of Part 1, unless otherwise approved with payment plan.

  • 90 days prior to the start date of the School [Part 1]: $250 of the $750 per person deposit will be retained for cancellation requests made up to 90 days prior to the start date of the School [Part 1]. $500 will be considered refundable to participant, together with any additional paid tuition and room and board OR the entire $750 can be transferred as a deposit for a future School.
  • 30 days prior to the start date of the School [Part 1]: For cancellation requests made after 30 days before the start date of the School [Part 1], the $750 per person deposit will be retained, or transferred as a deposit for a future School. Any additional tuition paid by participant will be refunded.
  • Transfer of deposits and tuition prior to start date of the School [Part 1]: Any transfer of deposit and tuition payments to a future school will incur a $125 transfer fee. If participant has already attended Part 1 and must transfer to Part 2 of another school, no transfer fee will be incurred.
  • After the start of the School [Part 1]: if participant is unable to attend Part 2 of the school contracted for, participant can choose to attend any subsequent Part 2 session; however, tuition is still due and payable per agreed upon payment schedule. No refunds of tuition will be made after participant attends Part 1. All cancellations must be made in writing to Nine Gates Programs at the address above. Nine Gates Programs reserves the right to cancel any Mystery School, in which case a full refund will constitute full settlement to the participant of moneys paid.
  • Nine Gates Programs, Inc. is not responsible for any costs incurred by Mystery School participants [i.e., “non-refundable” advance airline ticket purchases, medical exams, etc.].

Cancellation and Refund of Room and Board: Room and board is separate from tuition, payable before the beginning of each School session:

  • 45 days prior to the start of Part 1 or Part 2: Room and board contracts for each school are bound by a signed contract between Nine Gates Programs, Inc. and the specific retreat facility. 
  • Cancellations made after 45 days prior to the start of a school session are not honored by the retreat facility and therefore Nine Gates is committed to pay for contracted room and board. Therefore, cancellations or transfers to a different school session made within 45 days prior to the start of Part 1 or Part 2 will result in students being liable for their entire room and board fees.

Responsibility: Nine Gates Programs, Inc. assumes no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident for any reason whatsoever, through the acts or default of any company or person engaged in carrying out the arrangements for the Mystery School. They accept no responsibility for injury, losses or expense due to weather, strike, war, quarantine, or other causes. All such losses or expenses are to be borne by the participant.
