Deborah has worked intensely with wisdom keepers from around the world ~ practicing the healing arts, shamanism, the integrative application of the Hindu and Buddhist tantric paths, tribal trance dance, the transpersonal psychology of spiritual awakening through the energy and emotional bodies, and other ancient arts of the wisdom tradition schools. Her spiritual initiations led her to Egypt, India, Greece, Turkey, Australia, Rome, the Yucatan, and the Orient. Deborah devotes her life to the awakening spirit, alive and vital in all human beings. You will feel this devotion flowing toward you when you meet. In this way she serves as the cornerstone of Nine Gates' Graduate community.

Gay Luce
In 1985, Gay founded Nine Gates Programs, Inc., a non-profit organization chartered to design and offer spiritual training. Out of that organization, and Gay’s fierce commitment to the development of human potential, sprang the Nine Gates Mystery School. Years earlier, Gay founded SAGE, a revitalization program that became the prototype for current work on aging.
During her spiritual initiation, she spent time in India with Gopi Krishna, joined Claudio Naranjo's Seekers of Truth, and worked extensively with Rinpoche Tarthang Tulku and other Tibetan masters. Gay’s compassion and devotion are larger than life itself, inviting everyone she meets into a heart space capable of loving all of existence. Although she isn’t consistently present at Mystery School now, her spiritual guidance and inspiration remain ever present.

Greg Provo
Greg Provo is the Founder and CEO of Strategy Café, Inc., a boutique tech company with an intense dedication to empowering their clients, as individuals and as a company, to make technology a valued friend and door-opener. His formal education includes a BA from North Carolina State, an MBA from VCU, and certification from universally recognized business universities in the areas of information technology, leadership development, and change management. Prior to founding Strategy Cafe, Greg was a Chief Technology Officer working in the Fortune 200.
In addition to helping entrepreneurs thrive their business, Greg is an actor, writer, singer, muse, and storyteller. Admittedly, Greg is a “tech translator”; blending his technical skills, intuitive and curious nature, creativity, and spiritual recognition of the invisible energy that connects us all (whether via technology or the energetic technology of all living things).
Greg graduated from Nine Gates Mystery School in 2003, joining the Council of Guardians in 2017. The pragmatism of his education and his creative background affords the organization both his rational and logical analysis and his capacity for out-of-the-box visioning.
Greg loves pubs and people, and believes, that “all the world is a stage” that we can all play on while learning about ourselves.

Jo is now retired from a twenty-year career with a Fortune 50 company. Over the years, she assumed increasing levels of responsibility for leading large-scale corporate change initiatives, emergency preparedness, and empowering cross-functional team leadership and motivation.
Since 2012, Jo has dedicated her talents, education, skills, and determination in support of the profoundly transformative experiences that are the soul of the Nine Gates organization.

Tracy Robinson
Tracy is a non-profit consultant who enjoys seeing the world through a lens of possibility. She is passionate about evolving herself and supporting the evolution of others. She has over 30 years of experience as a leader in the government and non-profit sectors. Her work is purpose-based, asking how we can “delight and inspire the human spirit and bring us together as a diverse community”.
Believing we need to be servant leaders throughout our lives Tracy is drawn to organizations that encourage humans to grow and develop at each stage of their lives, and her volunteer commitments tend to fall in that arena. She has served on numerous non-profit boards over the last 20 years. Most dear to her heart is the United World College of Costa Rica.
Meeting the other is an important part of the path that Tracy has chosen to walk. Purpose-driven travel has provided many opportunities for her world to be expanded as she seeks out spiritual teachers on her travels. Trips to Gambia, Bali, Egypt, India, and Myanmar have shaped how she practices “living awake”. A Spring of 2016 Mystery School Graduate, she has since enjoyed participating in every graduate event offered and serves as Staff and Team Leader at both the Mystery School and Esoteric School.
